About WeParty360

The client assumes full responsibility for the care of all WeParty360 equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused by the client, their guests, vendors, or anyone attending the event—including, but not limited to, misuse, negligence, spilled liquids, dropped equipment, vandalism, or failure to follow staff instructions—will be the financial responsibility of the client.

The client agrees to pay the full cost of any repairs or replacement of damaged or lost equipment, including any associated labor, shipping, or downtime expenses resulting from the damage.

WeParty360 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without a refund if our equipment is being misused, tampered with, or if the safety of our staff or guests is at risk.

By booking with WeParty360, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

For the safety of our staff, guests, and equipment, our 360 Photo Booth cannot operate in the rain or during unsafe weather conditions. Because the equipment is electrical, service will be suspended immediately if it begins to rain or if weather conditions become hazardous (including heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or other severe weather).

If your event is affected by inclement weather, we will gladly honor one rain date, subject to availability. If your preferred rescheduled date is unavailable, we will work with you to find the next available date that works for both parties.
